Extensive Quality Check Cycle, we call it as Integrated Quality Management System, is implemented with robust and stringent testing & manufacturing processes, to ensure performance of our parts under challenging road and weather conditions.

Our Integrated Quality Management System starts with testing the raw and incoming materials. Product prototypes are tested in a controlled environment to check for predictive quality parameters at the design stage. Furthermore, every manufacturing stage is assigned respective tests, such as dimensional and material checks and a marking system, with key performance indicators for our product’s performance.
As a result, Accurub products offer optimum performance as required. Our ongoing quality programs for design, testing, and manufacturing are aligned with our continuous improvement policy of enhancing our quality processes and procedures continuously.

End-to-End Component Identification & Traceability System
Accurub has implemented complete end to end traceability system at every stage of manufacturing process, right from raw materials at procurement stage to finished parts shipment and vice versa.
Accurub cannot only verify the location, history and application of items moving through production process, but can also process information from the system to improve efficiency and take corrective measures where needed.
At Accurub all divisions and respective departments are aligned to ensure robust traceability system.
